Good location, clean room. Wi-Fi was spotty, which was frustrating for work.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed kayaking and tried water skiing, both were fun experiences. The staff was friendly, and we found the place clean and welcoming. Free coffee in the morning was a nice touch too. Perfect for a group getaway.

One downside was the breakfast situation. We expected a nice start to our day but ended up with limited options, which was disappointing.

The pet-friendly setup was excellent, and our dogs felt right at home. The room was spacious and tidy, with comfy beds that made our stay enjoyable. We loved having easy access to the nearby attractions, making family outings super convenient.

My kids wished there were more choices for breakfast. it would have made our mornings easier.

I love the shampoo and body wash they provided it was just the right size for travel plus the room was very clean with pillows that gave decent support for a solid night's sleep

i had a great stay at holiday inn cleveland, an ihg. the check-in process was super fast, and my king room had a lovely view of the sunrise. the beds were comfortable and the room felt very clean. plus, i loved the free coffee in the morning!

Our two-night stay was enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our group needs. The staff was friendly, though overwhelmed at times. Remember to check for enough towels and inquire about breakfast details ahead of time for a smoother experience.

Check-in was super quick, and I loved the stunning view of the sunrise from my room. The outdoor pool was a great spot to relax, and I enjoyed lounging by it in the evening. Only downside was that the shower took a while to heat up, but that’s a minor issue. 😊

This place is so cozy! My room was fantastic and I was perfectly happy there. Plus, they had a brilliant snack bar for when you need a quick fix.

However, it felt like a rave with some noisy guests. I thought I was in a 90s club! A little less party and a little more peace, please!

The Holiday Inn Cleveland features beautifully decorated common areas that are bright and spacious, making it easy to navigate. The staff were very courteous, providing quick assistance and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay as a senior.
